Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Pbh Phb Total Pasta Dentifrica onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush all tooth surfaces thoroughly for at least two minutes, using gentle, circular motions. 3. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 5. Do not swallow.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with Pbh Phb Total Pasta Dentifrica at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.
Additional Tips: 1. For optimal oral hygiene, use Pbh Phb Total Pasta Dentifrica in conjunction with daily flossing and regular dental check-ups. 2.
