How to Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Oral-B Pro-Expert Multi-Protection toothpaste onto your toothbrush. 2. Gently brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, ensuring you reach all surfaces. 3. Pay special attention to areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally after meals, or as directed by your dentist.
Additional Tips: For optimal results, use with an Oral-B Pro-Expert toothbrush. Do not swallow the toothpaste. Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.
