Directions for Use:
1. Toothpaste: Apply a pea-sized amount of Normodent Gingivitis Toothpaste to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush your teeth for at least two minutes, twice a day, ensuring you reach all surfaces of your teeth and along the gum line. 3. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
4. Mouthwash: After brushing, rinse your mouth with 15ml of undiluted Normodent Gingivitis Mouthwash for 30 seconds.
5. Do not swallow the mouthwash. 6. Do not rinse with water after using the mouthwash to allow the active ingredients to work effectively.
