Directions for use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Elmex Caries Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush all tooth surfaces thoroughly for at least two minutes, using gentle circular motions.
3. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth with water.
Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth with Elmex Caries Toothpaste twice a day, in the morning and evening, after meals.
