Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Desensin™ Plus Paste to a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush your teeth for at least two minutes, focusing on the areas of sensitivity.
3. Do not swallow the paste. Spit out the excess after brushing. 4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with Desensin™ Plus Mouthwash. Pour 15ml (approximately one capful) of mouthwash into a cup. Do not dilute. 5. Rinse for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas of your mouth.
6. Spit out the mouthwash. Do not rinse with water after using the mouthwash.
Recommended Frequency: Use Desensin™ Plus Paste and Mouthwash twice daily, in the morning and evening, after meals.
