5 stars supplier! Fast dispatch, well packed, fairly priced. It is the third time I am using this supplier. Before I used other suppliers, however, event including delivery to the Ireland, it is still the best offer in the market.

Didn't need customer service which is the best sort! The website was easy to use and everything went as predicted. This was my first order but I would use Pharmacy Club again.

2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces, using small, circular motions. 3. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas at the back of the mouth. 4. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 6. Rinse the toothbrush under running water and store it upright in an open-air holder to allow it to dry completely.
Recommended frequency:
Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, after breakfast and before going to bed.
Additional tips:
1. Replace your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
2. For optimal oral hygiene, use dental floss or interdental brushes daily to clean between your teeth.
3. Consult your dentist or dental hygienist for personalized advice on brushing techniques and oral care products. 4. If you experience any persistent sensitivity or discomfort, consult your dentist.
Warnings: Replace your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed or after an illness. Do not chew or bite on the toothbrush, as this can damage the bristles and potentially cause injury. Children should be supervised during brushing. Store the toothbrush in an upright position in a clean, dry place to allow it to air dry and prevent bacterial growth. Excessive brushing force can harm gums and tooth enamel.
