How to use: 1. Choose the desired bristle head: either the rounded tynex filaments head for general plaque removal or the head with over 1,800 bristles for precise cleaning. 2. Wet the bristle head with water. 3. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the bristles. 4. Gently brush all tooth surfaces, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces, using small circular motions. 5. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas at the back of your mouth. 6. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 8. Rinse the toothbrush head and allow it to air dry. 9. Replace the bristle head when it shows signs of wear or every 3 months, whichever comes first.
Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, for at least two minutes each time, ideally after meals.
