Directions for Use:
1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the Normon Normodent Medium Toothbrush.
2. Position the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums.
3. Gently brush in small, circular motions, ensuring you clean each tooth surface. 4. Brush the outer surfaces of your upper and lower teeth. 5. Brush the inner surfaces of your upper and lower teeth. 6. Brush the chewing surfaces of your teeth. 7. Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 9. Rinse your toothbrush and store it upright in a clean, dry place.
Recommended Frequency:
