4. Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of each tooth. 5. Pay special attention to the back molars and the gum line. 6. Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 8. Clean the toothbrush and store it upright in a dry place. 9. Use the provided protective cap to maintain hygiene.
Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, after breakfast and before going to bed.
