Directions for Use: 1. Measure out approximately 15ml of PHB Time To Care So Calm Mouthwash.
2. Rinse your mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas.
3. Do not swallow. 4. Spit out the mouthwash after rinsing.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing your teeth, for optimal results.
Additional Tips: For best results, use after brushing with PHB toothpaste.
Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing to allow the ingredients to work effectively.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dentist or doctor.
