Directions for Use: 1. Measure out 20ml (4 teaspoons) of Listerine Total Care.
2. Rinse vigorously around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds.
3. Spit out the rinse. Do not swallow.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, morning and evening, after brushing.
Additional Tips: For optimal results, use Listerine Total Care as part of your daily oral hygiene routine. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. For children aged 6 to 12 years, adult supervision is recommended. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dentist or doctor. Do not dilute. Keep out of reach of children.
