My dentist recommended this after a cleaning. You use 15ml after brushing, twice a day. It's been a week and my mouth feels cleaner, especially in the mornings. Seems to be helping with my sensitive gums too.

I've been using Kin products for years, mostly their toothpaste. This mouthwash is just as good! My gums feel healthier and it doesn't have that harsh alcohol taste some others do. Definitely sticking with this one.
