How to use: 1. Fill the reservoir with lukewarm water. You can add mouthwash for added benefits, but it is not required. 2. Attach the desired tip to the handle. 3. Select the pressure setting. Start with the lowest setting and gradually increase as needed. 4. Lean over the sink and place the tip in your mouth before turning the unit on. 5. Close your lips slightly to prevent splashing, but allow the water to flow out of your mouth into the sink. 6. Aim the tip at the gumline and between teeth. 7. Briefly pause between teeth to clean thoroughly. 8. Once finished, empty any remaining water from the reservoir and allow the unit to air dry.
Recommended frequency: Use once daily, ideally after brushing and flossing, for optimal oral hygiene.
Additional tips: For best results, replace the tip every 3 months.
