Directions for Use: 1. Choose the correct size: Select the interdental brush with the diameter that fits your interdental space comfortably. It should slide in without force but with slight resistance.
2. Insert gently: Carefully insert the brush into the interdental space, following the natural curve of your teeth. Do not force the brush. 3. In-and-out motion: Move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and debris. 4. Rinse and repeat: Rinse the brush under running water after each use. Repeat the process for all interdental spaces. 5. Replace the cap: After use, place the protective cap back on the brush for hygienic storage.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing your teeth, to maintain optimal interdental hygiene.
Additional Tips: If bleeding occurs, it may indicate gum inflammation. Continue using the interdental brushes, as they will help to improve gum health. If bleeding persists, consult your dentist or hygienist.
Do not bend or force the brush into tight spaces. If the brush is difficult to insert, choose a smaller size.
