Gentle insertion: Insert the brush gently into the interdental space, following the natural curve of your teeth. Avoid pushing too hard. 3. In-and-out motion: Move the brush back and forth several times to remove plaque and debris. 4. Rinse: Rinse the brush thoroughly under running water after each use. 5. Replace: Replace the brush when the bristles become worn or frayed.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing your teeth, to maintain optimal interdental hygiene.
Additional Tips: 1. If you are unsure which size to use, consult your dentist or dental hygienist. 2. Never force the brush into a space that is too tight. 3. If your gums bleed slightly during the first few uses, this is normal and should subside with regular use. If bleeding persists, consult your dentist. 4.
