Move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and debris. 4. Rinse the brush with water after each use. 5. Replace the brush when the bristles become worn or frayed.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing your teeth, to maintain optimal interdental hygiene.
Additional Tips: 1. If you experience bleeding, it may indicate gum inflammation. Continue using the interdental brush as bleeding usually subsides with regular use.
