Move the brush back and forth: Gently move the brush in and out of the interdental space, cleaning the sides of both teeth. Avoid pushing too hard, which could damage your gums. 4. Rinse the brush: After each use, rinse the brush thoroughly with water. 5. Replace the brush: When the filaments become worn or bent, replace the brush with a new one. Do not attempt to straighten bent filaments.
