First, shake the bottle well before each use to ensure the formula is properly mixed. Hold the can approximately 15-20 cm away from your skin. Spray liberally and evenly over all exposed areas of the body. Don't forget often-missed spots like the ears, back of the neck, and tops of your feet.
Rub the sunscreen into your skin to ensure complete coverage. It's best to apply 20-30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. As a general guideline, reapply every two hours. Even on cloudy days, sun protection is crucial. Avoid direct inhalation of the spray. If applying to the face, spray into your hands first and then apply to your face, avoiding the eye area. Always remember that sunscreen is just one part of sun safety; seek shade and wear protective clothing whenever possible.
