Hold the can approximately 15cm away from your skin and spray liberally and evenly across all exposed areas. Do this at least 15 to 30 minutes before sun exposure.
Don't forget often-missed spots like your ears, the back of your neck, and the tops of your feet.
It's important to rub the product into your skin after spraying to ensure complete and even coverage.
Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. Ideally, reapply every two hours, even on cloudy days.
For application to the face, it's recommended to spray the product into your hands first and then apply it to your face, avoiding the eye area.
Be generous with the application; most people don't use enough sunscreen. A good rule of thumb is about a shot glass full for the entire body. Regular and generous application is key to effective sun protection.
