If applying directly from the bullet, gently glide the lipstick over your lips, starting from the center and moving outwards. 3. For a more precise application, use a lip brush. 4. To refill, gently pull the empty lipstick bullet upwards from the base of the case. 5. Insert the new refill into the base of the case and click into place.
