Directions for Use: 1. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril. 2. Press the nozzle briefly to deliver a spray of seawater. 3. Let the solution drain out, carrying away excess mucus and impurities. 4. Repeat in the other nostril. 5. Clean the nozzle with soapy water and rinse after each use.
