I got this after a friend mentioned it helps with nasal dryness from air conditioning. I'm usually skeptical but decided to try it. It definitely helps. My nasal passages feel less irritated and dry, especially after a long day indoors. It's not a miracle cure, but it does what it claims. I just spray it a few times a day and it makes a noticeable difference in comfort.
