Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any loose mucus. 2. Remove the protective cap from the nozzle. 3. Hold the bottle upright. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the pump firmly and briefly while slightly inhaling through your nose. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency: Use 2-3 times per day in each nostril, or as directed by your healthcare professional. For acute conditions, it can be used up to 6 times per day.
Additional Tips: For adults and children over 6 years old.
