Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any loose mucus. 2. Tilt your head slightly forward over a sink. 3. Insert the diffuser tip into one nostril. 4. Press the diffuser to release the solution into the nasal passage. 5. Allow the solution to flow through the nasal passage and out the other nostril or mouth. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other nostril. 7. Gently blow your nose again to remove any remaining solution and mucus.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for nasal cleansing and hydration. It can be used several times a day, especially during periods of congestion or dryness.
Additional Tips: For adults and children over 6 years old.
