Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any excess mucus. 2. Tilt your head slightly to one side. 3. Carefully insert the nozzle of the Gilbert Marimer Hypertonic Seawater spray into the upper nostril. 4. Press the nozzle firmly for a short burst to administer the spray. 5. Repeat the process in the other nostril. 6. Allow the solution to drain for a few seconds. 7. Gently blow your nose again if needed.
Recommended Frequency: Use Gilbert Marimer Hypertonic Seawater as needed, up to 6 times per day. For optimal results, use regularly during periods of nasal congestion.
Additional Tips: For adults and children: Adjust the number of sprays according to individual needs and as directed by a healthcare professional. Hygiene: To maintain hygiene, wipe the nozzle clean after each use. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
