Directions for Use:
1. Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages. 2. Wash your hands thoroughly. 3. Remove the protective cap from the bottle. 4. Tilt your head slightly back. 5. Carefully insert the nozzle into one nostril. 6. Press the pump once or twice to dispense the solution into the nostril.
7. Inhale gently while applying the spray. 8. Repeat steps 5-7 for the other nostril. 9. Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency:
Apply one or two sprays into each nostril three to four times a day, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
