Directions for Use:
1. Gently blow your nose to clear any loose mucus. 2. Remove the protective cap from the nozzle. 3. Hold the bottle upright. 4. Insert the nozzle gently into one nostril. 5. Press the pump firmly to deliver one spray. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency:
Use 1-2 sprays in each nostril morning and evening. Do not exceed 6 sprays per day in total.
