Next, insert the inhaler into the back of the chamber.

Then, place the mouthpiece of the chamber in your mouth, creating a tight seal with your lips.

Breathe in slowly and deeply through your mouth, holding your breath for about 5-10 seconds.
If you hear a whistling sound, you're breathing in too quickly.
