Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Hold the bottle upright. 3. Open your mouth and direct the nozzle towards your throat. 4. Press the pump to deliver the spray. 5. Spray 2-3 times directly onto the back of your throat. 6. Avoid swallowing immediately after spraying to allow the product to coat the throat. 7. Replace the cap after each use.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed, up to 6 times per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Additional Tips: For optimal results, avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after application.
