I've never really thought about using a nasal spray before, but my friend mentioned this one for when my nose gets all stuffed up. It's actually pretty gentle, which I was surprised by. I was worried it would feel harsh, but it just feels like a soft mist. The only thing is, I wish the bottle was a bit smaller for carrying around in my purse, but it does the job.
