Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any loose mucus. 2. Remove the protective cap from the spray nozzle. 3. Hold the bottle upright. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the pump firmly and quickly while inhaling slightly through your nose. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the protective cap.


Recommended Frequency: Use 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 4 times per day, as needed. Do not exceed 6 applications per day per nostril.


Additional Tips: For optimal hygiene, it is recommended to use a separate bottle for each individual.
Do not use this product for more than 7 consecutive days unless advised by your doctor.

This helps to draw out excess fluid from nasal tissues, relieving congestion. However, prolonged or excessive use of hypertonic solutions can sometimes dry out the nasal passages.
