Directions for Use: 1. Locate the activation point on the cold pack. 2. Firmly squeeze the pack until the inner pouch ruptures and the gel activates. 3. Shake the pack well to distribute the cold evenly. 4. Apply the cold pack to the affected area for no more than 20 minutes at a time. 5. If necessary, reapply the cold pack after a 20-minute break.
Recommended Frequency: Apply the cold pack as needed for pain relief, but no more than 3-4 times per day. Allow sufficient time between applications to avoid skin irritation or frostbite.
Additional Tips: 1. Always wrap the cold pack in a thin towel or cloth before applying it to the skin to prevent direct contact and potential skin damage. 2. Do not apply the cold pack to open wounds or broken skin. 3. If pain persists or worsens, consult a healthcare professional. 4. Do not reuse the cold pack once it has been activated. 5.
