Pues me lo recomendó una amiga que va al gimnasio y siempre se quejaba de las rodillas... La verdad es que yo lo he usado un par de veces después de hacer senderismo y noto bastante alivio, a ver si a largo plazo sigue igual de bien... No sé, de momento cumple lo que promete.
