How to Use: 1. Shake the Physiorelax Polar Spray can well before each use. 2. Hold the can approximately 15-20 cm away from the skin. 3. Spray onto the affected area in short bursts (2-3 seconds). 4. Do not spray for prolonged periods or concentrate on one spot. 5. Allow the product to absorb into the skin. 6. Wash your hands thoroughly after application. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Recommended Frequency: Apply as needed, up to 2-3 times per day. Allow several hours between applications. Do not overuse.
Additional Tips: For enhanced cooling effect, apply after a shower or bath.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
