The adhesion is good, stays put even when moving around. My only minor issue is I wish they came in slightly larger sizes for bigger areas. Still, very effective for joint pain.

Recommended Frequency: Apply one Fisiocrem Active Patch every 12 hours as needed, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not apply more than one patch at a time to the same area.
