Instructions for Use: 1. With clean hands, roll the earplug between your fingers into a narrow cylinder. 2. Reach over your head with the opposite hand and gently pull your outer ear up and back. 3. Insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal. 4. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds while it expands to fill the ear canal. 5. Repeat with the other ear.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed whenever exposed to loud or unwanted noise, especially for sleep.
Additional Tips: For optimal noise reduction: Ensure a proper fit. If the earplug does not fully block noise, remove it and re-insert. Do not force the earplug too deep into the ear canal.
