Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds until it expands and seals the ear canal. 6. Repeat the process for the other ear. 7. To remove, gently pull the earplug outwards. Do not twist or yank.
Recommended Frequency: Use the earplugs as needed during activities involving pressure changes, such as airplane flights, scuba diving, or driving in mountainous areas. They can be worn during ascent and descent in airplanes, or throughout the flight if desired.
