Okay, so I use these after my shower, when my feet are still a bit damp. They stick in my shoes pretty well. I've noticed a difference in my heel pain after a long day of walking. Not a miracle cure, but definitely helps. They do what they're supposed to.

These insoles are great value for money, to be honest... I mean, I've tried other brands that cost way more, and these Scholl ones do the job just as well, if not better. And they seem pretty durable, so I reckon they'll last a good while, which is a bonus!

For the price, these are actually really good. I was expecting them to wear out quickly, but I've been using them daily for about a month now and they're still holding up. I put them in my trainers. I'm a size 7 and the small fits perfectly.

I'm a big fan of Scholl products, so I had to try these insoles. I've used their foot creams before, which are super hydrating and absorb really well. These insoles are different, of course, but the texture is great. They're not too thick or bulky, and they feel really comfortable in my shoes. No weird residue or anything.
