Place the Scholl GelActive Extreme Heels insoles inside your shoes, ensuring the gel cushioning is positioned under the ball of your foot and the heel cup sits securely at the back. 4. If necessary, trim the insoles along the indicated lines to fit your shoe size perfectly. 5. Insert your feet into the shoes and walk around to ensure a comfortable fit.
Recommended frequency: For optimal comfort and support, wear the insoles daily with high heels (over 8cm). You can wear them for as long as you feel comfortable. Remove the insoles when wearing flat shoes or going barefoot.
