Place the Scholl GelActiv Everyday Insoles inside your shoes, gel-side down, ensuring they fit comfortably within the shoe. 4. If necessary, trim the insoles to fit your shoe size using the guidelines printed on the insoles. Align the insoles with the existing insoles or the heel of the shoe as a guide. 5. Insert your feet into the shoes and walk around to ensure a comfortable fit.
Recommended Frequency: For daily use. Replace the insoles every six months or sooner if signs of wear appear, such as flattening or tearing.
