How to use: 1. Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application. 2. Apply COMPEED® Anti-Blister Stick directly to the areas of your feet or body prone to friction or where you anticipate rubbing from shoes or clothing.
3. Apply a thin, even layer. No need to rub in. 4. Reapply as needed, especially after sweating or contact with water.
Recommended frequency: Apply COMPEED® Anti-Blister Stick proactively before activity that may cause friction. Reapply as needed throughout the day, especially if you experience sweating or get your feet wet. For best results, apply before blisters form.
