I had a pretty nasty scrape on my knee after a fall during a hike. I cleaned it up and applied this Mepentol solution twice a day as directed. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised! It really seemed to speed up the healing process. The redness went down quickly, and it formed a scab much faster than usual. Instructions for use
-Prevention and Treatment of Stage I Pressure Ulcers: After having carried out the usual cleaning treatments, apply Mepentol 2 or 3 times a day, on the areas at risk or affected by the ulcer, spreading the product with the fingertips. For this operation, the use of gloves is recommended.
-Treatment of Stage II Pressure Ulcers: After carrying out the usual cleansing treatments, apply Mepentol directly to the ulcer, or spray it onto a sterile gauze, which is then applied to the ulcer. Cover the ulcer with an appropriate bandage. Repeat the application 2 or 3 times a day until complete healing. The use of gloves is recommended for this operation.
