Directions for Use: 1. Clean and dry the wound area thoroughly. 2. Carefully open the individual wipe packaging. 3. Gently wipe the affected area with the Urgo Discreet wipe, ensuring the antiseptic solution covers the entire wound. 4. Allow the area to air dry completely before applying a new Urgo Discreet dressing. 5. Apply the Urgo Discreet dressing, ensuring the non-adherent compress covers the wound directly. 6. Smooth down the edges of the dressing for secure adhesion.


Recommended Frequency: Change the dressing at least once a day, or more frequently if the dressing becomes soiled or wet. Re-apply a new Urgo Discreet wipe each time you change the dressing to maintain cleanliness and prevent infection.
