1. Pour a small amount of Lisubel Rosemary Alcohol onto your hands. 2. Gently rub your hands together to distribute the product. 3. Apply to the desired area, such as muscles or joints. 4. Massage the area using circular motions for several minutes until the alcohol is absorbed. 5. For toning purposes, apply to clean skin using a cotton pad.
Recommended Frequency:
