Directions for Use: 1. Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application. 2. Pour a sufficient amount of Betafar Rosemary Alcohol onto your hands or directly onto the area to be treated. 3. Gently massage the alcohol into the skin using circular motions. 4. Continue massaging until the alcohol is partially or fully absorbed. 5. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Recommended Frequency: Apply Betafar Rosemary Alcohol as needed, up to 2-3 times daily, depending on the severity of muscle aches, tired legs, or other conditions. Adjust frequency based on individual response and comfort.
