Adjust the stocking so it sits comfortably and evenly distributed on your leg, avoiding excessive pressure or tightness at any point. 6. Repeat the process for the other leg.
Recommended frequency: For optimal results, wear Viadol Normal Panty Black T/Large daily. You may wear them throughout the day, but it is advisable to remove them before going to bed.
Additional tips: 1. To prolong the life of your compression stockings, hand wash them in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener. 2.
