Xeramance Plus Cream has a triple action: - Soothes immediately, relieving itching. - Provides deep hydration. - Nourishes and restores the lipid content of the skin barrier. Xeramance Plus allows, thanks to its triple action, reducing itching, redness and dryness own skin very dry and atopic skin. Xeramance Plus Cream contains: patented soothing -Enteline 2. Active (green algae extract) immediately calming and reduces itching. -Manteca Butter, Jojoba Oil and Glycerine. Three moisturizing agents that hydrate and restore surface intensely. -Ceramidas, Essential Fatty Acids and Cholesterol. 3 Key epidermal lipids acting basis for reconstructing cross durably the cutaneous barrier. This association of an active soothing emollients and essential lipids effectively calms, protects and nurtures a lasting way. Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before applying the cream. 2. Gently cleanse the affected area with a mild, soap-free cleanser and pat dry. 3. Apply a thin layer of E45 Xeramance Plus Restructuring Intensive Cream to the dry or irritated skin. 4. Massage the cream into the skin using gentle, circular motions until fully absorbed. 5. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.


Recommended Frequency: Apply as often as needed to soothe and hydrate dry, itchy, or irritated skin. For optimal results, use daily, especially after bathing or showering.


Additional Tips: For best results, use after bathing or showering to lock in moisture.
For very dry skin, apply a thicker layer of cream and allow it to absorb fully.
Avoid using harsh soaps or cleansers that can strip the skin of its natural oils.
For external use only.

  • I have super sensitive skin and was wary of trying this. Pleasantly surprised, no irritation at all. Seems to be helping with the dryness too.

  • The cream is good, very hydrating. I like that it's not heavily scented. My only slight issue is that it takes a little while to fully absorb, so I have to wait a bit before getting dressed after applying it. But overall, I'm happy with it.

  • I have super dry skin, especially in winter, and this stuff really helps. It's thick, which I like, but the smell is...well, it's there. Not offensive, but definitely noticeable. It fades pretty quickly, thankfully, because it's not my favorite. But it works, so I'll keep using it.
