Directions for Use: 1. Dispense a small amount of Cerave Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 onto your fingertips or palm. 2. Apply evenly to your entire face, ensuring complete coverage. 3. Gently massage the lotion into your skin until fully absorbed.
Recommended Frequency: Apply daily in the morning as part of your skincare routine. Reapply every two hours when exposed to direct sunlight, especially after swimming or sweating.
Additional Tips: For optimal sun protection, apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a nickel-sized amount for your face.
