How to use: 1. Cleanse your face thoroughly with a gentle cleanser. 2. Apply a small amount of Martiderm Retinol Renew to your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. 3. Gently massage the product into the skin until fully absorbed. 4. If using during the day, follow with a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher.
Recommended frequency: Start by using Martiderm Retinol Renew once every two or three nights. As your skin adjusts, you can gradually increase the frequency to every night, as tolerated.
If you experience any irritation, reduce the frequency of use.
Additional tips: 1. Introduce retinol gradually to avoid irritation. 2. Always use sunscreen during the day when using retinol products, as retinol can increase skin sensitivity to the sun. 3. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any underlying skin conditions, consult with a dermatologist before using this product. 4. A slight tingling sensation upon application is normal. If you experience excessive redness, peeling, or irritation, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. 5. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 6. For optimal results, combine with other Martiderm products suitable for your skin type.
