I'm a big fan of Epaplus, their magnesium supplement is great. This collagen is a bit more expensive, but seems worth it so far. I've noticed a difference in my joints after a couple weeks.

I appreciate that these are easy to swallow, unlike some other collagen pills I've tried. No aftertaste either, which is a big plus for me. Definitely helps with joint stiffness after my workouts.

I've been taking these for a few weeks now, hoping to ease some joint stiffness. I definitely notice a difference, especially after my morning run. It's not a miracle cure, but the improvement is significant. My only slight complaint is the size of the tablets, they're a bit on the large side and can be tricky to swallow. Overall though, very happy with the results.
